Re: Newsletter?

Z98 is the only one who even attempts to write them... none of the team members can be bothered to take 15 min and write an update to their projects for the newsletter. I have to say I've been on top of RasPI and they are very good at keeping the community interested in what they are doing. ROS on t...

Re: We are becoming a joke...

EmuandCo just because its not important to you doesn't mean its not important to others. This is part of our public image someone needs to be in charge of it on a monthly basis. I know that there are people out there that would love to read the logs and commits to write one up. However no one in thi...

We are becoming a joke...

So incase you haven't noticed our forum is being spammed, no one has updated the news letter in over 3 months, and now we have a nice new banner that lets the whole world know we are $8,626 short of our goal path for yearly donations. Seriously how hard is it to release a dam newsletter once a month...

Re: oracle vs google could be end to reactos

The thing here is that Google didn't rewrite or reimplement anything. They cloned the JavaSDK bit for bit. The Android implementation even shares the same checksum for a number of files. Personally I fully believe they knew what they where doing. And I hope that their stupidity doesn't destroy the e...

Re: development progress

Ironically I think it has something to do with the RasPI... I'll be honest most of my VBox time has been spent on ARM ports this week. I'm sure many of the Dev's are thinking along the same lines.

Re: These graphs really gave me some insight into the bug tr

All fixes from the massive number and contributions days before 0.3.14, as well as errors revealed from the memory manager rewrite. The team is for sure doing a good job. Just wish they would write a newsletter about it.

Re: Teamviewer

Well to be honest the performance and speed of windows 95 is also excellent, and compatibility is almost on pair. Yes the project is really starting to make some progress. However I'd like to see what ROS looks like with a more completed Kernel, and an new explore. How ever these are things f...

Re: I watched the new webside

Umm I used to have dev access to the new site... What on earth is the error ridden Duple theme. For the love of god, Joomla with Community builder would have been a 100% better choice for the new site and I could have coded it in half a month.

Re: Torontron/Winnitron using ReactOS instead

You can try and do it with an old serial port controller but the issue with this project is that most MAME setups nowadays are highly relient on USB controllers. Most MAME emulators though should run on ROS without a problem though. I say go for it if you have the hardware and time, however there ar...
