Re: EPIC WIN!

Is Firefox working at current builds? I cannot work with any browsers :( FF 10 fails to install (problem with C library), Opera also, FF 3.6 installs properly but generates error during using (it says that some profile files seem to be blocked) and doesn't allow to enter any address. So, there's no...

Re: Mono .Net with 0.3.14 - any luck?

.Net currently does not install because the C++ runtime does not install
Once the C++ runtime installs and works, I am sure we will try again.

Re: C Runtime Error in most apps.

I definitely don't have that much time to find out when C++ runtimes stopped working.
I have not been able to install any of them for a long time.
Are we able to install them now, but they don't work, or am I missing something?

Re: 0.3.14 RC Testing

Seems a lot of stuff fails to work because none of the Microsoft Visual C++ installers work.

Debugging a single app

I would like to debug Firefox 3.6, and find out why it does not get keyboard messages. (Since this bug has been around for a long time, I want to look into it when I have some free time)
Can anyone give tips on how to do this?

Re: ODBC

Yer a little er ah typo, ReatOS is in Alpha, and the 0.4 phase will be Alpha too, unless that changes, it depends on how stable ReactOS becomes.

Re: ODBC

ReactOS is currently in beta. Not stable enough to trust your database stuff with yet.

Microsoft has just released an ODBC driver for MSSQL on Linux.

In the VM I set it to Windows XP
Upped the RAM to 768
Upped the Video Memory to 128
Enabled 3D
Enabled 2D

And Picked 1024x768x32 when installing

Nothing else changed

Yes it is starting up in 32bit

Re: What ROS do when it booting?

On XP you had to hold SHIFT to Hibernate On Seven it right next to Hibernate So easy to select the wrong one accidentally Most computers, either don't turn off when you suspend, all the lights and fans keep running. Or they are unable to resume from suspend. Or both. And if you happen to have one of...

Re: What ROS do when it booting?

That explains all the ACPI commits
One annoying thing I don't want copied from Windows, is no ability to disable suspend, and only have Hibernate, suspend is not useful for a desktop, and most of the time it never worked properly.

If you have not noticed, this is version 0, many parts are yet to be made.
Feel free to code them.
