Re:

Sooner or later it should be implemented. As for linux, there is no any DNS cache (unless a special daemon is installed), so nothing to flush. EDIT: Well, linux hasn't a DNS cache, but firefox has. It seems that clearing offline storage and restarting firefox also clears its DNS cache. I don't know...

Flushing DNS?

Just wanted to know if ReactOS will be able to flush the DNS similar to windows. Because I don't want to end up doing what I have to do for linux (install netools or whatever then figure out what the command is to flush.)

ipconfig /flushdns will be so easy for us.

it's an SB700, yes. But I don't know what the other things are. But it's a Foxconn (Bengal) RS780 Motherboard.

I use SATA II on my HDDs. Mind you, it is unfortunate that my computer is x64 Hardware (though reactOS can run in an x64 virtual environment, so I would think that x64 real hardware can be used, to a degree.) But it may become fortunate in the future.

Can't even boot the ISO:

How did you install Reactos in the PC?use the same way to copy the driver inside ReactOS.
I didn't, I used the LiveCD.

Re: Element Software partnership?

Element Browser uses Ribbon much similar to Office 2007. This UI is not GPL.

Re: Marvell Network Cards?

Why do you need USB support for a network card? I can't load the driver into ReactOS any other way sadly. Even my floppy is USB. Nay, good sir, it hath merely not been tested yet. When you get around to trying it, please inform us of the results of thine quest. Bug 4591 is currently blocking me fro...

Marvell Network Cards?

I have a Marvell Network Card ( Marvell Yukon 88E8071 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller to be exact ) but I'm just wondering how I will install it. Do I just select Win2000 from their website and hope it installs? Of course, I can't even begin to install it yet ( USB Support cannot be set to Legacy ...

Re: ReactOS now supports SATA and USB(mouse/keyboard)

Just a quick post to say well done. In recent months the list of implemented features and bug fixes has been quite impressive. I can't imagine the amount of time all the developers must put into this. Unlike people who want to demand to know why this isn't fixed yet, or why that doesn't work, I jus...

Re: Reactos Fusion

I think this is a great idea. So if someone can made a list of DLL from windows2000 that can be replaced and added to have it more stable that would be more than great. The project don't need to have the DLL it is up to the user to have the Windows2000 CD. so the project can copy the needed files. ...

I'd use RocketDock or RKLauncher before I would use this anyway.
