HI, i have seen the "A 100% original/official icon theme for ReactOS?" post, but it has too many comments, so it is hard to find the icons. - They are written in a language which is not supported by ReactOS. If you want them to be included into the main project one day, rewrite them in C. If you don't, learn C/C++ anyways, it's a good language. It is maybe a bit more complicated when you learn it but gives you probably other Improvemen...

Yes I know, it's just microsoft's format is NOT open source, and so it would be against the GPL and the LGPL and other open sources. As far as I know you cannot copyright a format in that way, you will always be allowed to read those files. What you are not allowed to do is to disassemble Microsoft...

OK, Thats valid completely. I guess its ok to just to fork MPC, but I don't see why it would be so bad to have a cool looking media player eventually, considering a lot of people will rate the OS by its graphics (If people went by quality or potential, then OpenGL would be a lot further already, Li...

Help files are RTF documents (conforming to RTF 1.0 specification), that must be extension-less(so Home.rtf should be Home). Note: I personal...
