The ROS package manager should be able to handle it until it's ported.

The .3 SVN versions are simply the latest trunk builds. There are not alot more apps that it can run than .2.9. Nevertheless, you can get it here by selecting trunk and then latest iso.

Firefox 1.5 installs fine on the latest revision (http://svn.reactos.org/iso/) of .2.9 and seems to run pretty well.
Flock is definitely a fork of firefox focusing on different features, not a crippled version.

Hi. Because of ReactOS's very early pre-alpha state, it commonly does not work on certain hardware. If that is the case with your system, create a bug report on bugzilla with information about your system (optical drive and motherboard/system model are all that's needed I think) and this error info....
