Reactos on USB-Stick

Hello While I'm sure it is possible to boot ReactOS from a USB-Stick, I do not know how to do it. When I format the stick with one of the tools to make it bootable I'll get a DOS-Stick. :( Copying the image-contents from the live-cd will not help because a usb stick looks like a floppy or a harddisk...
