I think this is not a real problem, the VMWARE virtual machine file are just plain text file that you can edit manually (the .vmx file)

Version of VMWARE now free....

Just for the developers to know that there is now a version of VMWARE that is FREE. The name is VMWARE PLAYER and is available here : http://www.vmware.com/products/player/

Maybe it's time to create VMWARE image for release version.

Debugging using VMWARE and LINUX

i want to start coding for the project.

The only problem left is how to debug with vmware (using a named pipe) and gdb in linux.

Could someone help me with this?
