I photoshopped the current design in an attempt to reduce some of the redundant entries; I am would like to post but I do not know if violates any copyright to do so. My work is not original, more of a rehash of the frontpage and a work in progress of the forum. Who designed the current website

yup. at the same time, i dont want "OpenSource NT" to discredit the hard work people have done implementing applications, libraries, etc. ReactOS has grown big, just like its aspirations .

anyway, great find on the png2ico. i found inkscape(for svg to png). i converted battery.svg from the tango pack to a png just now.

so put simply, yes; icon themes can be imported. however: 1) the 16x16 versions versions may look ugly. 2) it will not be easy due to the lack of a automated conversion tool and/or direct svg theme support.
