I HAve a older P3 Compaq laptop that Im trying to install this on and the mouse on the laptop and my PS/2 mouse both will not work, and I cannot access the device manager after it opens to change the drivers???
any help?

but we could make a full install with everything needed to fit on a cd.
where as Windows or OSX needs a DVD just for the OS.
release the OS as small as possible and a seccond with the software and the newest bianarys implemented.

Hi Guys, is there a way to involve more free softawre into the install? I know this is supposed to be small but I personally think as a everyday user install these should be lumped into the ISO... Firefox Thunderbird Open Office AVG Anti-Virus & Spyware Some Sort Of Compression Software (WinRAR)...

but with these and KDE-Look.org is there a DLL maker/program to possiblly make it super simple to make your own themes?

cmon, KDE is the nicest looking GUI and NT is the easily used OS, put the 2 2gether!

I want the NT Code with the Sweet KDE look.
this has to be done, its not that big of a memory hog all it requires is a 80586 with 128 meg of ram, so masically a Windows 2000 System, hell i have had Linux with KDE running on worse.
if ROS could work with KDE this would in face be the ultimate OS!

This OS can be great. I have had a hard time with it, in face i have to install win2k or WinXP and copy all the drivers before I install so i can have a good OS. obviously that the reason for the extremely small size...Look at Win 3x... NOW... I want a NT System, Free, Like this that would work grea...

Double driver works great, but i still need to know how to implement them into the ISO i mean i can install win2k get the drivers, format the HD and install ROS.
But when ROS loads the mouse doesnt worka nd the KeyBoard is sketch...

Now I have a better Idea, At Install the installer should ask you what you would like to use as your desktop a Windows Clone or a OSX Clone, then upon choice it would install the design you want... I have always like what they are doin with this OS but its just ugly, they need to go and use Icons fr...
