Who is to say that themes would not be possible later on? I think it would be jumping the gun right now to think that the theme we have now is going to be all we have in verson 1.0

Yes, they have both been ported to windows. I would vote for Frozen Bubble because it seems to be the better of the two and it would appeal more to casual gamers.

I don't think pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete twice should shut down the system, though, it's not the sort of thing I want to do accidentally. I agree, it would be VERY bad IMHO. Please excuse this newbie question, but is there any way to install stuff (temporarily) while running a live-cd verson of ReactOS?
