Why would you want to have sqrt(2.3)^2.3 - 2.3 == 0 ? (it should not be equal to zero)
Power of 2.3 is **NOT** the inverse function of square-root.

Or I don't understand your comment?
Sorry. My mistake.
I mean sqrt(2.3)^2 - 2.3 which is on the Microsoft-calculator != 0.

Microsoft published its UWP-Calculator

Microsoft published its Windows 10 Calculator (the UWP one) as Open Source: https://github.com/Microsoft/calculator I know, currently it is uninteresting for ReactOS. But if ReactOS in any time tries to be Windows 10 compatible, the calculator for that system exists :-) Also this is an UWP-port of t...

Re: When will ReactOS x64 available?

Why not give priority to the x64 version? 64-bit operating systems have become mainstream, and some operating systems such as Ubuntu have abandoned 32-bit system images in the new default desktop version. If don't support x64, ReactOS may not have a chance to run directly on the new hardware platfo...

Re: [Request] What are different beetween Gcc And MSVC?

As I know, ReactOS tries, that it is possible to be compiled with both. Advantage of GCC: Is OpenSource. So it is the Compiler, with which the ReactOS binaries are build. And because the Compiler is OpenSource, you can look at its sources to be sure, that it don't compile unwanted parts in the binar...

Windows' kernel once tried to deal with gamma rays

OSNews wrote at http://www.osnews.com/comments/30884 Another great little story from The Old New Thing. Re: In the event Microsoft decides to open source Windows

They have already open-sourced MS-DOS. Why not open source Windows? The interesting point is, that Windows is the only actual relevant Operating System, where the completely OS is closed source. - (most) Linux-Distributions: OpenSource - (most) BSDs: OpenSource - Android: OpenSource, only some prog...
