Install .NET Mono by default
Could the Mono framework be installed by default because many programs use it and I don't see why it should not be installed by default. Maybe include it on the CD and show a window in the "windows" part of setup (not the dos text based part) with check boxes for things like this.

There should be a mode where it automatically captures the mouse pointer and releases it when you move the mouse outside the NTVDM window, because using an NTVDM app feels unnatural this way.
