bug report: screen contents not updating after window resize
Using your software manager (forget the name) I clicked on internet. Then I resized the window but the contents didn't re-draw. Clicking on another category then internet is a work around. Just FYI, not requesting support.

bug: hang on install of software from repository
First, good job on the repository and software manager! I tried installing opera and also firefox 29, both appeared to be doing good until they got to the end of the installation when everything froze. Nothing would respond except ctrl alt del to bring up task manager. This is not a support request....

Re: First time user from Windows
Most linux distributions are based on Debian and as far as I am aware Debian has the largest respository (catalog of free software). Other "mainstream" distributions are Suse, fedora (redhat), Ubuntu. If you are going to use any of them I would just go with Debian. Others you might want to...

Dot Net etc.
I was just curious about things like Dot Net, direct X, codecs, drivers, etc. Especially with regard to Dot Net, are we users legally clear in downloading and using MS dot net? Is it (or your version of it) already bundled in React? Would you be clear in bundling it or including a script to download...

heading off obvious objections
Since they have existing ms installation you can use the ms code for some of the stuff you have not developed yet, then issue updates later to move to your code. I have a killer app you can bundle. IF you are serious about doing this I will apply for patents on it and license to you. This will block...

make 'upgrade' program ms->react
Hurry guys before MS releases v_ista Make an upgrade program so ppl can migrate from ms to react and still keep thier apps. Have it available as an iso, or if possible also an app that they can run without booting from cd (easier to distribute to friends, they dont need cd burners etc.) Along with t...
