I was able to download 0.4.8 from SourceForge, so hopefully everything has been fixed now.

Re: SSL Certificate Verification Failed
Within the last two or three days there was an SSL Certificate change and RAPPS update and this seems to have broken any older versions of the ReactOS Application Manager being able to download its listings. See CORE-14350 for details. You probably just need to update your build or ISO file that you...

Building rostests, rosapps, & wallpapers in new Git style
I see that the CMakeLists.txt file in modules has a new syntax. What changes are needed to compile these modules now? Obviously I can edit out the "if's", but there must be a better way.
Re: queue.c:
I had this same problem and solved it by going into the file drivers\usb\usbdebug.h and adding this as the fourth line. #define BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (0xFE) This may have come from where I had seen this line in a previous review or post. Unfortunately, I cannot remember exactly now. The error may not o...

ReactOS Can't Detect a Hard Drive During Installation
The failure to install the two devices and the errors on VMware tools install are known issues with VMware.
Normally even with the errors the VMware tools function fairly well and you should be able to run ReactOS just fine.

Re: ReactOS Can't Detect a Hard Drive During Installation
Please review the VMware section of the Wiki here https://www.reactos.org/wiki/VMware.
Note that you should choose "Windows XP Professional" for your OS because this gives you an IDE drive which ReactOS supports.

Re: General Testing for 0.4.2
Look at the branch for 0.4.2 here http://code.reactos.org/browse/reactos/branches/ros-branch-0_4_2/reactos/boot/freeldr/freeldr/arch/i386/pcmem.c?hb=true . Do a search on "MAX_BIOS_DESCRIPTORS" and you will see that this is used to allocate arrays so changing single bytes does not work wel...

Re: General Testing for 0.4.2
You can track this by going to your particular entry in JIRA which is https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-11811 .
