That, was complete and utter gibberish. LOL! Indeed. Windows has never been free except for a few evaluation releases which were usually time-limited. Likewise 3.1 was not in the NT family. Perhaps then the solution would be to use an alternative shell? Whilst I appreciate this system want's to utilise a lot of the Windows binary's and be cross compatible, it doesnt have to follow internet explorer's example.
