Re: I Really Want to See Success...But..
I don’t have the financial luxury of being able to donate $1,000 but count me in for $100,- towards implementing Hyper-V. Just out of curiosity, how much were some of the previous contracts from the ReactOS foundation?

Really good news! Finally I was also trying to recall the other major blockers. I remember the SHFileOperations, what else?

Re: Blog: Memory Manager Development
Webunny does have a point - every non-profit organization has to account for its expenses and keep track of incoming and outgoing funds. It would be very informative to see how our donations are being spend, and on what/whom. Also, it shouldn't have to take more than a few hours to present a balance...

Re: No Link to ReactOS Community on Front Page
Regarding the Community Edition, has the final count of the votes (for software and hardware support) already been officially announced? If so, I missed it!

Re: Blog: On installers
Many thanks Z98(!) for the update and great to hear about these ongoing ROS developments. I love these blogs! And things like SSD support, better partitioning options, UEFI support, the new explorer.. It sounds awesome and seems to be moving pretty fast! And with the Community Edition's funding comi...

Re: After submitting a bug.. (BugZilla)
Thanks guys - and Black_Fox for taking a look at the bug-report!
Very informative. And because the OpenBugs developers are not going to support ReactOS any time soon, I think, I'll just wait and see what happens with ReactOS 0.4.

After submitting a bug.. (BugZilla)
I'm curious about people's experience with bug-fixes in ReactOS. In January, oldman has been so kind to post a bug-report for me (CORE-7818). It is about a program called OpenBUGS ( http://www.openbugs.net/w/Downloads ), which is open source software and runs fine in Wine. However, after a successfu...

Re: big donation!!
I'm actually curious what apps or HW people have in mind where they are going to vote for. Me too! As for hardware, I'm definately going to vote for the EFI implementation. It was already listed in the Google Summer of Code 2014 application, and being able to install ReactOS on Apple hardware would...

Re: Ideas - new kickstarter?
I try to keep up with the forum just out of curiosity and for what it's worth, I also skip these long and uninformative posts.. Making one's point in a few sentences is probably more effective if you would like to have some influence on the ROS-direction anyway. As for me, I look forward to the new ...

Re: Thorium (ROS distribution) on kickstarter
Tax-deductable donations for ReactOS.. Cool! :D As a comment on earlier post(s), I dont immediately see why donations would be lower for ROS than for Thorium; one of the most often raised complaints was that people were more interested in a desktop ROS version than Thorium - many even pledged withou...
