GreyGhost, Thanks for the information. But I am not having a problem with the assembler that is called from the build. nasm is set up correctly and modified in the makefile. The problem is with mingw, it calls the native linux "as" vice the mingw32-as for assembling. I worked around this my temporar...

Ahaha,
Guess a little more effort on my part was needed.
The crosscompiler is calling the native asmbler for linux and not the one for mingw.

Thanks for the info. Ive never used bugzilla so im not sure that I did it entirely right. (most likely not) After completing the bug and resolving it in the comments. I seen that I can submit a patch to fix the problem. Is that suppose to be a full source of a file. especially since the bug was only...

etko, There are two reliable, well known methods of process blocking. Hooking NtCreateProcess in kernel mode, hooking in usermode is not fool proof. As there are more than a few ways to load and run and process. All usermode createprocess type functions end up calling NtCreateProcess. You can also us...

WinExec and FindWindow API

I have been trying to make sure my project,SpeedBasic, works on ReactOS. There is a problem with the FindWindow API failing to return the HWND of child windows at times (maybe a timing issue, not sure) There also seems to be an issue with WinExec and CreateProcess. When calling these with numerous p...

Anyway http://www.reactos.com/en/content/view/full/1090 has links to the freeloader image you can write to floppy. I used i...
