How I can contact to the ReactOS foundation and in what language?

The best way to get in contact around here is through the source code/patches, and the language is of course C/C++

Actually what is needed is for some ReactOS - specific font that looks like hell on all other systems (Windows included) and a message inviting everyone to switch!
