Cool, thanks. I might give it a shot on another one of my machines, since I just put some Linux partitions on my main test box (to use GRUB to boot ReactOS) If I try it out I'll let you know how it goes.

Ohhh... that makes much more sense! I found a workaround (I don't have a win98 disk on hand right now), using GRUB. If I install Linux on the machine and leave the first partition for ReactOS I can boot it via grub (a la the wiki). A lot of effort though. So if I erase the MBR, then it will attempt ...

I have a box I thought I'd try out ReactOS on. I do a straight click through install, using teh whole disk for the OS.
