You can install it on virtual machine (vmware, qemu, virtualbox) or real hardware. The second option is risky so you might want to use old pc to install it on so it doesn't screw up the one you use. Anyway: http://www.reactos.org/wiki/Installing_ReactOS and use google before posting.
