Since Open Office is open source and there is a Win version, could it work with ROS? Does someone need to port it to ROS to make it work?

Since MySQL is open source and there is a version for Win, could it work with ROS?

Since ReactOS is so small (in space of hard drive that it takes up), could it be suitable as a 'Thin Client' os?
