But when they built XP on the Neptune Alpha it did the opposit and slowed the OS down, Microsoft admitted this error themselves thats why within Vista they are also moving the UI to the Graphics card for it to deal with and not the OS. Vista uses png compression ICO Images with Vector Graphics to allow multiple icon sizes. Thats why the look so clean and cool. Hint Hint lol

My start button is exactly w 79 h 30 well blended into the taskbar to make it look like a single image and both images are 18.92 kb in size. Ok now to point out where XP made the mistake.
