I would agree Yann64, you can run Windows, without getting virus's. On my home network, I only have one computer with a virus checker. No virus's yet. Personally though I still prefer Linux, and my personal desktop is running that. Whilst I wouldn't say I hate Windows, I don't exactly like it either...

Agreed, that is what I would like to see - that would also give OEMs an incentive make Linux preinstalled an option on their PCs.

About having it on black, I think the ReactOS community to be very careful not to make a straight copy of Windows XP. It will a lot better in general if ReactOS stood out from XP with some differences herand preferable some extra features.

I am thinking of changing the actual colour the buttons and removing the bevel on the toolbar and sroolbar background, replacing the devels with a slight gradient background.

Actually I have been experimenting with UI designs. I will submit a preview of the design and various variations I have come with a little later.
