There are still a few modern motherboards with Floppy and IDE controllers, notably Asrock. Typically also PCI then next to PCIe. These are the latest Z77 and X79 boards.

I've halted ReactOS real hardware testing till USB hubs are supported (as my keyboard has one, and is internally connected to that) and Ramdisk booting is working as well.
