Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

The server currently runs my websites and Teamspeak as well as an IRC server. I've decided that I'll give ReactOS a try on this server computer and see how it runs then move just one Windows-only server app, which doesn't require anything but a Windows system to run in. (And possibly a Windows-compa...

Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

Thanks for that particular warning.

I'll be testing ReactOS with quite a few apps and see how it reacts with ReactOS. I suspect that they will work, once the kinks have been worked out with ReactOS.

Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

Yes, I did have a look at the website. I'm fully aware of the fact that it is in Alpha stage and that there are things still needing more testing. I've tested many products. (-cough- Windows 7, Yahoo Messenger and quite a few other Linux based apps.) If I can get ReactOS to install and boot to deskt...

Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

Haos, excellent. Then I will begin migrating to ReactOS soon. Next step is to slap in a floppy drive and get it off of Ubuntu and onto ReactOS. I know I saw a floppy-making guide around here. I'll find it soon enough. And I'll need to steal a floppy disk from my roomies. I also have two, even three ...

Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

ColdReactive - Oooh, I didn't realize this was the issue. Hm, that's strange, but when I browse it, I've no issues checking it out. I know I've got another link that works... at least, from what I've been told by others. As for the lspci list: keiro@sunfire:~$ lspci 00:00.0 Host bridge: VIA Technolo...

Re: Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

What do you mean by that?

It should show as a simplistic list of hardware on the server.

Sorry, not quite getting what you're saying due to the meds hitting me lol

Hi! I've got a question about my system. Is it supported?

I have forgotten how to get a nice, clean and efficient output of the hardware list on my server here. I've been running Ubuntu Server Edition on my server for a while now, and when I heard about ReactOS, I decided that I had to try this out and see if I could get this to work. I will look up the gu...
