Btw: Really important for me would be, that also more standard image formats will standardly be supported, than in Windows. For example TGA There also exists a little shell extension, which implementes thumbnail support for TGA into the Windows Explorer. http://www.greggman.com/pages/thumbplug_tga.h...

Well, it doesn't really matter, whether they program a defrag tool from scratch or use an already existing program.
But in any case ReactOS should have a defragmentation app on board.

as the name of the cipher.exe tool suggests, it is for encrypting/decrypting files and folders, not for overwriting free space. There is no tool included in MS Windows for wiping free space. I also use Cipher sometimes to erase the unused disk space.
