I'm going to ask an attourney for an opinion about this tonight and see
what happens.  Meanwhile, remember that I am just coordinating policies
here, not unilaterally defining them. :)

That file has its share of mistakes, but it's better than nothing. 
Skywing made a point in another post that *is* relevant - the IFSKit is
NDA material, which presumably you know, having signed that NDA when you
got your copy of kit.

If you got the kit without permission from Microsoft (but didn't
copy/paste from it), I'm not sure if it's a copyright problem, but it is
certainly illegal for you to have the copy you have, so I'd be careful
bragging about it.

We're going to have to get this squared away and set some policies about
this stuff.  I'm *tired* of talking about it and tired of hearing about
it.  A few of us started gathering policies a while back, but it never
got off the ground.  Maybe it's time for a renewed effort.
