The Mesa3D license is as follows:

The core Mesa library is licensed according to the terms of the XFree86 
copyright (an MIT-style license). This allows integration with the 
XFree86/DRI project. (http://www.mesa3d.org/license.html)

Is this compatible with ReactOS, so that we can incorporate it into and 
distribute it with our OS?
