[ros-general] howto set proxy umpnpmgr

Hallo,

1. howto set proxy umpnpmgr?
  PC cannot connect to internet directly. NAT not available.
  plan:   ros ----- proxy(squid) ---- R ---- WAN
  - test with cmd
    set http_proxy=http://proxy:3128/
    umpnpmgr
    dos not work.
    - see 2.

2. if run umpnpmgr in cmd, then windows freezed.

System: p500/256M, ros-3.11 with freeldr.sys-3.10


what can i do?
