Err, at the risk of turning this into another ms bash, From what I have
read, they BOUGHT dos for a few hundred dollars, slaped there name on it and
presented it to IBM as theirs. From there they went on to "aquire"
advancements. About dos 5 they added undelete and a few other things they
got from PCTools. Drive compression was also aquired, as was much that went
into windows.
