I ask Samuel SerapiÃ³n what you mean with:
----------------------------------------------------------------
... but that comments or patches _where_ added, ...

# 75 Bugs _where_ active.
# 21 bugs _where_ closed, (...)
----------------------------------------------------------------

...in the last newsletter.
I think that that "where"s are typos cause they don't make much sense... Didn't you mean "were"
(past simple of to be)...
