[ros-general] My problems with forum subscription

Hello everyone.
I tried to register to the ReactoS forums and I completed the steps successfully.
But the email with validation and password never arrived.
Now, if I try to register again, the site says me: "An account has already been registered using this email address".
If I try the procedure for lost password, it says: "User name or code is invalid".
I used the "searching" function into the mailing lists for finding some suggestions, but without success.
Could you help me to overcome this problem?
I think I already checked all possible ways, so my only chance is asking support.
I also read into a FAQ that for a problem like mine I have to contact the board administrator, but I cannot understand very well who is the big boss.
