[ros-general] Website

We might be as funny as you want, but the fact is that the website is down,
so I gues that some parts of the server aren't online yet. Guess I should
say "At least the WEBserver isn't online".

I'm more interested in seeing what happened with the CVS than knowing that a
simple service like the ML is back online.
