[ros-general] Cash for Trademark - reallocate Donation to huricane efforts?

Hmm, I din't donate yet, so I mustn't decide.
But from a neutral point of view, I'd say that this money was donated 
with an intend, with a devotement to ROS. So redirecting it is not right 
im my opinion.
