I can't read the first one, it's in Korean.
the second one is a big no no. Winsock it the worst possible place to
have a firewall. As for the 3rd, IP Masquerading is not really what
we're looking for.

What we need is a NDIS driver or something along the lines of what
Alex mentioned. (which sounded very interesting)
AFAIK, there is nothing out there at this level for Windows which is
open source. We'll have to write our own.
