Now, i've been reading the lists the past few days...I may chime in from 
time to time with my thoughts here and there, but for the most part i've 
tried to keep my mouth shut. 

Lately however, there has been so much bickering going on.  Every thread 
has been turning into a flame war.  Several developers have left, are 
threatening to leave.  I think everyone needs to CHILL OUT for a moment.

There is so much argument over who should be doing what, what their 
rights should be, etc.  There is no sense in this.  ReactOS is supposed 
to be a fun project, yet suddenly we are caught up in politics.  We 
really need to find a better way of doing this.  Flaming each other, 
getting mad, threatening to, or in some cases leaving the project is NOT 
the right thing to do.  What will end up happening is that the project 
will slowly fade away into obscurity, and I for one do not want this to 
happen.

While I don't have any recommendations as to how to do this, i do think 
that there is a solution, and i will be thinking about this over the 
next few hours/days.
