[ros-general] Freeldr UI modifications

Hi
The color can be change in freeldr.ini how it looks
and the res. rember not all graphic card support some
graphic mode or text mode.
read the reactos/boot/freeldr/freeldr.ini
how to change color and res. and I think current design for freeldr is
pettry nice. and I really like the current desgin.
