[ros-general] Some reactions on the 0.2.9 release

ReactOS is quite commonly reported as being a Windows clone. I think we
should do more to let people know that this is not the case. Perhaps even
make this very clear on the front page of the website, possibly with a
link to a page with more detailed information about what this means for
ReactOS.
