Hi Gé, sorry for the late reply!

Just an idea:
reactos.org == ReactOS Foundation (a few static pages for it; minimum 
manteinance)
reactos.com == ReactOS Developer Team (all the remaining info; dynamic)

Anyway fully aliasing the domains seems the most reasonable solution:
reactos.org MX 10 reactos.org
reactos.org MX 20 dutlru2.lr.tudelft.nl
reactos.org MX 30 dutlruw.lr.tudelft.nl
reactos.org A 130.161.165.129
reactos.com CNAME reactos.org
reactos.biz CNAME reactos.org
reactos.info CNAME reactos.org
...
