[ros-general] to delphi or not to delphi (was: filemanager)

Though I don't program in Delphi, I would vote FOR making Delphi our 
second preferred language. The freePascal compiler which is capable of 
compiling Delphi source is plattform indipendend (or simple extended). 
It is free and since it is a compiler, it will integrate well (think so) 
into make. As you know, make is an universal tool and rather extensible.

BTW: This is just an opinion. I have no experience with Delphy/FPC nor 
do I really understand the current build system
