In the comments on the ReactOS 0.2.1 release
(http://www.osnews.com/comment.php?news_id=6242&limit=no) someone asked
to give ReactOS it's own logo on osnews.com. "Eugenia", posting from an
osnews.com IP address, replied: "ReactOS is still pretty small and its
GUI doesn't work fully as let's say, MorphOS, Syllable or SkyOS, sorry.
Maybe in the future."
