It seems that these apps have a 16 bit header, which causes ReactOS to
start ntvdm, the engine for DOS/Win16 Apps, which outputs this text.
Win2000 Apps should run fine

I've got this sort of memory information list when running various
applications under ReactOS. I don't know why it happens, but you should
be
able to continue typing commands afterwards, despite there being no
prompt.
