It's a well known secreet that the next Win generation will hold the
SVG-like graphics format and MS wouln't be MS if they dont use it for
icons as well. And for just resizing. The computers are fast enough to
do 0-time resizes in high quality for bitmaps. I'd even say
o(vector) > o(bicubic int.) [ > o(filtering)]
