[ros-general] Screenshot AND new Icons for reactos

At some point I think it would be cool to have Scalable Vector Graphics 
used for the icons.  That way you have one file for any pixel size.  
That would definitely put us one step ahead of Microsoft's desktop, has 
we then could do animations of the icons growing bigger and smaller 
without any image degradation.  Using .svg (or a revised .ico format to 
hold svg) might be a good future idea.
