I mean version number of ReactOS, not AbiWord. Sometime ago I did a 
mistake in the registry settings and set a user locale setting to 
German. ReactOS ignored this setting and I've fixed it some days later 
when I noticed it, but I might forgot to change it on the release 
branch. That's why I ask.
