AW: [ros-general] German FAQ

What kind of people is it who installs and messes with an  OS
Its neither the gamer nor the usual Heise-Troll.
It's rahter the advanced user, the studied one or the like.

I admit.... however a technical FAQ is better than none. I took these Qs 
from heise
