I want to do this sometime soon but Alexandre just things it will be to
much work. I think keeping things in sync is more work than writting
wrappers for Win32k/Ntoskrnl and using winehq release built for Mingw
directly.
I am planning on getting Mingw binarys setup soon from Winehq for each
new WINE release. Maybe we can look at working more with them and not
forking the code around 0.3 or something. For the time being it is
better to fork and get ReactOS up to the current state WINE is.
