[ros-general] new website - some bugs

Hi guys,

Some issues on the new website:

- Go to the download section, try to download some package, it goes to the
sourceforge download page, but when clicking a link it gives an error that
the link isn't found. When going via sourceforge directly, there is no
problem...
- Go to the people section, the names of the people are left alligned,
others are centered,...
- Go to the people section, click on a name to view it's properties, the
email is shown as: brianp[at]sginet[dot]com

Also when you click 'latest news', e.g for the 0.1.4 release, it would be
best if there is a link to the downloads page so that the user can directly
go to the related files.
