[ros-general] mplayer mingw binary test

I haven't currently got reactos installed, so if someone is interested in 
testing mplayer, here is a link for the win32 version, not sure if its 
binary or source:

There also is a gui, though its not needed. i recomend just trying the 
commandline

btw. in linux atleast, the command line supports vesa. So a X enviroment 
isn't needed. might also work in win32, and thus also possibly in reactos.

I would really like to know if its working, but currently haven't got the 
time to test it.
