[ros-general] Microsoft wants royalties for use of FAT

It's a shame that both Linux and Windows have stuff that is "proprietary" to
their file system, like the security info, etc. but unfortunately there
doesn't seem to be an easy way around that.

If there was a kind of file system that would allow both Windows and Linux
(and other OSes, possibly?) to store data (including security info) and be
compatible with each other, I'm pretty sure that even as a standalone driver
and not just part of ReactOS, it'd go down well with a lot of people,
especially if it was "marketed" the right way.

Think of it... A universal file system that is also free.
